Colin Chung, Your Personal Copy Coach

Hello, hello, hello.

You survived lesson 1 and lesson 2…

And now, it’s time for the most important part of your business…

Getting Paid.

In other words: close the deal.

Now, while I’m tempted to stick a video of Alec Baldwin’s monologue from “Glengarry Glen Ross” here…

Stan told me we’d better stick to John Carlton instead.

So here he is again… with three tips:

[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left” font_color=”%23000000″]

Now you know your ABCs. Always Be Closing.

And just like the last two lessons… it’s your turn now.

  1. You’ve watched the video
  2. Think about what you can do to reverse risk
  3. Can you map out the exact process in which money gets into your hands?
  4. What can you add to your offer to boost value?
  5. Write it all out in the comments section…
  6. And I’ll get back to you with feedback.

Now, some people might get tripped up on 4 (what you can add to boost value)…

Don’t worry, I got your back.

Here are some ideas for you…

Text eBooks Membership Site Done For You
Audio/CD Reports Ongoing Newsletter Insurance
Video/DVD/CDROM Worksheets Support Warranty
Recorded Teleseminar Checklists Ongoing Training Check-Ups
Recorded Webinar Resource Guides Forum Access Free Gas/Batteries
Live Event Quick Start Sheet Call-In Days
Modules Live Teleseminars
Lessons Live Webinar
App App

Now, some people might take a look at this list and say, “that’s all good and well for info-products and high level services like consultants… but this doesn’t apply to my business”.

Well, think again.

I recently joined a gym and I got a free app, a nutrition guide and two sessions with a personal trainer.

Here’s another example…

I’m a Toyota guy. Whenever I buy something from them, I get two years of free check-ups, gasoline and car washes.

So what’s that “extra little something” you can add to your offer…

… that not only knocks them off the fence…

… but also gives you a built-in excuse to see your customer again so you can deliver more value to them…

And gets them to become repeat clients… or even customers-for-life?

I’ll let you at it.

See you in the comments section.

Once you’ve done this lesson, you’ll have completed
your free copy Mini-Course with me.

Did you get value out of these exercises?

Did you like getting direct feedback on your copy from me?

Would you like to keep going?

There are 15 other steps in the Simple Writing System.

And when you sign up…

You’ll get direct, personal coaching from me on all of them…

for 12 Full Weeks!

Now, usually, The SWS coaching program is a 8-week program.

But because of the holidays, we’re adding on an extra four weeks.

This way, nobody can use “I’m too busy this time of year…” as an reason to not get started.

You’ll be able to sign up in a few days… and not even start coaching until 2018… and still get a full coaching session.

Or you can get started as soon as next week… and get all that extra time and extra feedback.

Stan Dahl will be sending you an email soon that will answer all of your questions about SWS Coaching.  Including the payment plan that makes it super affordable.

If you’d like to get on the Early Bird List, and receive an invitation to sign up before the vast majority of people who have been through this SWS Express Course, just click on the button and enter the email address you check every day.

You’re not making any decisions or commitments now.  You’re just putting yourself on the Early Bird List so you’ll have the first shot to claim your spot.

Because everyone gets individual feedback for 8 (no, make that 12) full weeks, we have to seriously limit the number of students allowed to join.[/text_block]

Don’t Miss a Single Lesson…

[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left” font_color=”%23000000″]

P.S. If you haven’t done the exercise from Lesson 1 or Lesson 2, yet… you really ought to.

John Carlton’s Simple Writing System was designed with an internal logic where you go from step 1 to step 2 and so forth.

Skipping steps can really hurt you in your copy training.

I’m serious. Do ’em in order. Go back to Lesson 1 now, and do the exercise.  And then Lesson 2.

I won’t be giving feedback on those lessons any longer…

… but you will find about 100 replies I left. I think you’ll get a lot of value out of reading the comments on both pages.
