If you paid with PayPal –
You may log into your account at www.paypal.com/us to view the details of your transaction. If you used PayPal to pay by credit card, a charge from “PayPal *MARKETINGREBEL” will appear on your next credit card statement.
What Happens Next?
In few days we’ll email you all the information you’ll need to log into the Marketing Rebel Insider’s Club and to find your Simple Writing System Teacher and Classroom.
As a Simple Writing System Student, you’ll have access to special areas of that website that are not open to most members. Those special areas are where you’ll find your SWS Classroom and all the bonus training materials.
You’re welcome to check out all the active SWS Classrooms. But your classroom is where you’ll post your exercises and your copy, and where you’ll get personal feedback from your teacher.
You can start the coaching program any time between Monday, 11 December 2017 and Friday, 5 January 2018. Just hop over to www.MarketingRebelSupport.com and open a ticket to let Anne know when you want to begin. She’ll send your login details within 1-2 business days (usually the same day you ask.)
There is no content, Q&A sessions, or anything in the SWS that requires you to be anywhere at any particular time. You will go through the entire course at your own pace on your own schedule.
All of the materials (videos and exercises) you’ll need to begin the SWS Coaching Program will be available in the Marketing Rebel Insider’s Club. So even if your Workbook hasn’t arrived (more on that below), you’ll be able to begin.
If any of this seems even a little bit confusing, please don’t worry about it. We’ve taken over 1000 students down this path. We’ll get you set up. And we’ve got a team of people, besides your SWS Coach, to answer any questions and point you in the right direction.
Do I Have The Best Email Address For You?
I just sent you an email asking you to confirm the email address you used in the checkout process is the one you would like me to use to keep in touch with you.
We need to be sure we have an email you check regularly so you don’t miss any SWS instructions or the shipment tracking information for your Workbook.
If you don’t see that email in your inbox in 5 minutes, please look for it in your spam, junk, or bulk email folders. If you find it there, add us to your contacts or whitelist us so we land in your inbox the next time.
We do everything possible to ensure our email delivery. But despite that, because so much junk/spam email is sent by others, ours gets snagged in a filter sometimes.
If you cannot find your purchase receipt or email conformation messages, please go to www.MarketingRebelSupport.com and create a Support Ticket. Be sure to include the email address you used to order, the date of your order, and your order number (if you have it). We will get you any information you missed right away.
If you prefer we contact you at an email address other than the one you entered into our shopping cart, or the email attached to your PayPal account, go to www.MarketingRebelSupport.com and create a Support Ticket. Be sure to give us your order number and/or the date of your order, the email address you used, and the email address you would like us to use to contact you.
And, for the record, we will NEVER share your email address or other contact information with anyone. We spend a small fortune every month dealing with spam. We are not about to contribute to the problem. Every email I send you comes with an opt-out link. One click and that will be the last email you ever get from me.
Your order will be shipped in 1-3 working days. We usually ship the same or the next business day, but during busy periods like product launches, it can take our fulfillment center another day or two to ship all our our orders.
Once your order has shipped, we will email you the tracking/shipping details, if available. (NOTE: If you chose US Ground Shipment, there is often no tracking information for these orders. So don’t panic if you don’t hear from us in 1-2 days. I promise we’ll ship your order.)

Delivery delay is rare and is mostly very brief due to routine random customs inspection. In the extremely rare case of significant delivery delay, we will file a formal investigation via the post office to obtain proof of lost mail. We will try every legitimate way to help our customer avoid unnecessary customs fee. Our customers are rarely charged customs fees. However, we are not responsible for customs fees charged by your country.
